CELEBRATING OUR RECENT DONATIONS // Supporting Schools & Communities Close to Our Hearts
At BX Merchandise, giving back has always been part of who we are. As a women‑owned, minority, sustainable business, we’re deeply committed to making choices that create positive impact — from how we source materials to how we repurpose surplus stock. Over the past few months, we’ve had the privilege of donating items to organisations and schools that are driving real change, both here in the UK and across the world.
One of our most meaningful recent donations went to Pepala, a charity whose mission truly resonated with us: “to repurpose surplus UK educational resources into vital learning tools, empowering Malawian students with the resources they need to build brighter futures.” That purpose aligns perfectly with our own commitment to sustainability — ensuring that every item we produce or donate finds a second life where it can make a real difference.
Some of the items our donation included:
- Notebooks
- Notepads
- Pens
- Tote bags and Plastic Bags
- Pencil Cases
- Plastic Wallets
- Stainless Steel Water Bottles
- Packs of Plasters
- Squidgy Toys and Keyrings
- Sticky Pads
- Caps
Being able to support that mission with items that will be used directly in classrooms felt incredibly special to our whole team.
We also extended our donations to two local schools here in the UK — a decision that felt especially close to home for our team. With one of our mums working in a school and our founder’s daughter still in education, we see first‑hand how much difference even small contributions can make in a classroom. We sent a selection of practical, everyday essentials including water bottles, notebooks, tumblers and waterproof speakers — simple items that help students stay prepared, organised and engaged throughout their day. Supporting the environments that shape the next generation is something we care deeply about, and being able to contribute in a meaningful way to schools within our own community felt incredibly rewarding.

Across all three donations, the goal was the same: make sure unused stock finds a meaningful second life. Instead of sitting on shelves or going to waste, these items are now in the hands of students and teachers who can truly benefit from them.
Giving back isn’t a one-off moment for us — it’s a commitment. As we continue to grow, we’ll keep looking for opportunities to support the communities around us, both locally and globally, and ensure our surplus stock always goes somewhere it can make a real difference.
