Fabric Protective Reusable Face Masks

BX Merchandise is happy to present the Fabric Protective Reusable Face Masks. Our protective face masks are available with tied straps or elastic ear-loops for comfort and individual fit. We certify our reusable masks to OEKO-TEX standard 100 and make them with medically approved material (35%cotton/ 65% polyester). Furthermore, you can wash our masks at 95°C to kill bacteria and keep yourself safe.

Specification and Design:

• Double layered: 185 g/m2 per layer/ TOTAL 370 G/m2.
• Medically approved material  (35%cotton/ 65% polyester).
• Universal size / adapts to the face:  20 x 15cm  (tolerance  +/- 5%).
• Secured with fabric ties or with elastic ear-loops.
• Soft, cool, non-irritating fabric – free of sharp edges, burrs and staples.
• No latex, no vertical seams along nose, mouth, chin.
• Made from High Quality Certified Material. OEKOTEX certified material. No harmful substances used in production.
• Available in white or a choice 15 different colours.
• Wash at 95°c with washing soap.
• Durable construction to withstand 50+ cleaning cycles and meet performance and design.
• Can be ironed at medium temperature 150°c

• Our masks have undergone DGA “French AFNOR” laboratory testing and have been  given certification and approval in accordance with these standards.
• Certificate of compliance (local) : ITT.46.25.5.2.139 issued by the Institute of Textile Technologies

Performance:

• In the DGA “French Afnor” tests our masks have demonstrated filtration efficiency greater than 87% for particles of 3 microns emitted by the person wearing the mask
• Filtration: Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE) >95%
• Breathability: pressure differential across fabric less than <40 Pa (0.4 mbar) (4.08 mmH2O/cm2)
• The respirability of the mask was measured at> 96 L.m-2.s-1 and allows it to be worn for a period of 4 hour in accordance with AFNOR guidelines.

Logo, message or web URL can be printed onto a small label attached to the edge of the mask and it is subject to additional cost. Discreet logo label ensures branding does not compromise the protective qualities of the masks.
